• Experience Includes: Residential property valuation, Commercial property valuation, Vacant land valuation, Testimony as an expert witness before the Chicago Zoning Board, and Litigation.

• Engaged in the practice of Real Estate Appraisal since 1992. Clients include banks, mortgage companies, savings and loans, attorneys, non-profit organizations, and real estate developers.
